April 12, 2010 – Children’s Miracle
Network
Realty ONE names Children’s Miracle Network as its official charity, taking
pride in reaching to local communities and nationally by helping underprivileged
children. “You are never as tall as when you kneel to help a child.”
January 4th, 2010 – Now in California
Realty ONE opens its first California office in Laguna Niguel, now competing in
the tri-state area and with sights on becoming the largest real estate brokerage
in the southwest region. More offices are slated to open in the Orange County area
throughout the year.
2009
December 31st, 2009 – Another Record Year
Realty ONE finishes strong in 2009 - a record year with $1.6 Billion in sales (up
from $1.1 Billion in 2008) and 9,830 closed transactions (up from 4,420 in 2008).
October 1st, 2009 – Realty ONE Joins the
Inc. 500
Realty ONE Group?s astronomic success and growth has been recognized by many, most
notably by Inc. magazine in their widely followed rankings, capturing the 192nd
spot on Inc.?s coveted Inc.500 list for fastest growing companies in America. Beginning

Results
Realty ONE is proud of its incredible and well respected management team as Paula

May 1st, 2009 – 4th Year Anniversary!
Realty ONE marks its 4th year anniversary with the opening of its newest Las Vegas
office in the Southwest area of the valley. An upscale and chic branch to accomodate
the growing area and the high demographics.
March 1st, 2009 – Green Valley Office Expands
Busting at the seams, the Green Valley branch in Las Vegas expands its 4,000 sq.
ft. space to 10,000 sq. ft - offering more conference and meeting rooms, additional
work stations for agents, extra private offices and a large training room enclosed
in floor to ceiling glass.
February 15th, 2009 – Demand Soars for Agent
Training
Continuing Education attendance triples in six months as Realty ONE continues to
offer superior training of its certified POST, CORE and General CE classes.
February 1st, 2009 – Realty ONE Launches
New Website
To support its Nevada and Arizona branches, the Realty ONE Group is pleased to announce
the launch of a newly designed website. The site features a sleek, professional
layout with user-friendly tools that make it easier for clients to find properties
that meet their specifications.
January 1st, 2009 – Going Paperless
Paperless Exchange officially rolls out version 1.0, fast becoming a success as
agents adapt to the user-friendly proprietary paperless transaction system. A new
Compliance Department is created to monitor and manage the high volume of transactions.
2008
December 31st, 2008 – Realty ONE Hits the
$1 Billion Mark!
In only its third year of business, Realty ONE Group hits sales of $1.1 Billion
for 2008. In the midst of a challenging economy, Realty ONE attributes stability
to sound financial management and efficient processes.
December 1st, 2008 – Realty ONE Goes Green!
After more than a year of development, Realty ONE Group is pleased to introduce
its innovative paperless system, called "Paperless Exchange". This custom
software is loaded with efficient, environmentally friendly features and an intuitive,
user-friendly interface. With the release of Paperless Exchange, Realty ONE Group
is one step closer to becoming one of the top paperless solutions in the marketplace!
Paper products make up more than 40% of landfill waste. On average, real estate
offices use the equivalent of 16 to 17 trees per year, with a typical tree producing

Realty ONE establishes a branch in Glendale, Arizona, reaching across the valley
